With WaiLD, we will act to create a powerful network of women and minorities to position them in AI as they deserve, and above all to push the new generations to go down this path to make AI universal as a technology of the future but also as a guarantee for women and minorities to have as important a place as the non-minority men in this field.

We women are a majority to vote, to educate ourselves. There is no position in the world that a woman cannot do better than a man. AI is one of them.
In AI we need to work towards a society where we are all equal. The biases we have lived with for centuries must not be part of this new enterprise that AI is.
Innovation is key to our evolution but it must serve our social progress. Yet innovation only serves its purpose when it is designed for everyone, not just for a small part of the world.
Research is a driving force for our societal advancement. While it is an inherent part of being human, it first and foremost sets us on a path towards progress.
